Green Salad: Swiss chard, spinach, yellow onion, avocado, pepitas, nutritional yeast, homemade kraut-chi and homemade dressing.

Kale Pesto: Fresh baby kale greens pureed with garlic, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil.

Raw Tabbouleh: Chopped parsley, carrot, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and a pinch of salt.

Raw Lasagna: Thinly sliced zucchini marinated in a blend of virgin olive oil and Italian spices, layered with sun-dried tomatoes, tomatoes, spinach, and raw nut cheese. Flavorful and delicious!
